Make sure to view and approve the slab in person (or review sample under proper lighting) before finalising. Because each slab is unique in veining and colour pattern, this step helps avoid any unexpected variation between the sample and the final product.

Our 25-year warranty covers manufacturing defects. However, it does not cover damage due to misuse — such as damage from excessive heat (hot pans directly on surface), chemical spills, improper cleaning, outdoor exposure, or wear and tear over time (scratches, stains, fading)
